Mila Removal
Milia often occur around the eyes, eyelids, between eyelashes, nose and cheeks.
Advanced electrolysis inserts a tiny probe into the milia and applying a short wave diathermy current this breaks down the hard fatty tissue and allows reabsorption.
A small crust may form which should be left to drop off, large milia may require a second treatment.
During a full consultation prior to treatment we will discuss the suitability of this treatment and assess your milia to ensure they are safe to remove and decide a treatment plan. A full medical questionnaire will ensure there are no reasons why the treatment cannot go ahead. Your safety comes first.
You will be given full and thorough aftercare advice to allow full skin healing prior to your treatment and at the time or treatment.
Immediately after treatment the area of removal will be red and irritated and maybe slightly sensitive, scabs maybe present. The area will be fully healed within 14 days.
